This is becasue we set the watch to sleep mode to save the battery, you could hold 4 and 8 o'clock buttons about 3 seconds to activate the watch.
Does this pedometer watch count steps accurately?
Yes, but In order to effectively filter out invalid steps caused by irregular movements, single continuous movements less than 10 seconds will be disregarded (if exceeds 10 seconds, the previous step counts will automatically be accumulated).
How can I set the time?
Hold 10 o'clock button 3 seconds into setting mode,then press 8 o'clock button to choose the term you want to change and press 2 or 4 o'clock button to set the value (imperial and metric units switch also here)
What to do if the time and steps positionchanged
You could hold 4 o'clock button 2 second to switch them
Can the steps be reset to 0 manually?
Yes, you could hold 4 o'clock button to clear the steps to 0
