is this good for gaming?

Even though I never buy Western Digital products because their logo does not sound as "futuristic" as Seagate does, I bought it for a client of mine!
But yes, it is definitely ideal for gaming, because I saw a huge difference in rpm speed with this 7200rpm HDD.

The new standard should be 7200rpm, not 5400 or 5900rpm. The most performance you and everyone will see is in the 7200 and 10,000rpm speed as well as the Cache size, and these days, having 2TB is the thing to have, not because its the "new trend", no it's because of what you can do with all that storage space on the HDD!

I know I'm going overboard, but not many people understand the gravity of how valuable 2TB's of storage, 32MB+ Cache, 7200+ rpm's and SATA speed can do in the long run these days. Just remember, the top rpm speeds everyone should focus on is 7,200 and 10,000rpm's!

You will NOT regret buying this model HDD with it's specifications in mind! Go for it, I personally just don't care for Western Digital or Samsung!

Shows up under "New" Filter. Is this really brand new? If I run diskinfo will it show zero or under 100 hours and power cycle?
