Hi, Does this phone have front facing camera?

Yes this phone does indeed have a font-facing camera. The downside is that it has no auto-correction for blur and that it is not very sensitive in light. Meaning that you have to hold it reaaalllyyy still and that you  need to be in a well-lit area for a half-way decent picture. The rear facing camera is much better though. :) Hope that helps!

will it work with AT&T?

I am not absolutely certain, but I believe it will work with AT&T but you will require a SIM card from them. Try visiting a local AT&T store to inquire about compatibility. I use my Alcatel OneTouch Fierce with T-Mobile and to date have not had a problem. My phone arrived with a T-Mobile SIM card included. It was a pay-as-you-go card, but I went to the local T-Mobile store and changed the service to a monthly no contract plan. I also ported my wife's Sprint line over and included it as a second line on my account. I believe T-Mobile offers a better price for unlimited talk, text and data. If you are locked into a contract with AT&T and don't mind changing over to T-Mobile, T-Mobile will pay the early termination fee. Hope this helps.

will this phone work with my t-mobile provider?

Yeah the phone works with the T-Mobile provider. Its a great little phone. However, the main camera is not all that great. We have also been experiencing some freezing and locking up which renders the phone unusable until it is hard rest. I suggest you google it. With all that aside it is a pretty decent phone. Using it as a backup. The girlfriend is not very good handling phones.

Is this a brand new phone?

Yes, it is a brand new phone, unlocked and configured for T-Mobile.   I have it for 3 months now and it works just wonderfully.  Speed is good, size is good, functionality is good.  The best feature is the ability of this phone to make phone calls for FREE if you have access to a Wi-Fi hot spot.  I just returned from extensive European tour of several countries.  The phone worked out of the box and I made tons of free phone calling and video calling from anywhere with a Wi-Fi connection.  It is pretty standard in Europe anywhere now.  Six months ago I went to Panama and this phone worked there like a charm as well.  Hope it helps.

New in a sealed retail box.  I *think* it has a 1-year warranty, but I can't find it right now.

Is this a prepaid phone? Or can anyone with a T-Mobile simcard with monthly plan use it?

Anyone with T-Mobile account/sim card can use it.  Just activate it in place of your old phone by making a call on it.  It comes with a sim card, but you can also try swapping sim cards.

If you mean 'apps', then yes, this functionality is part of the Android operating system and I can confirm it is supported by this phone.

Note that some Google apps disallow moving them to the SD card and some 3rd-party apps may install app files on the SD card but store their downloaded .apk / saves / phone & user specific info on the host drive.

No It is not. I bought the phone, found out it was not unlocked. Went to Teen Mobile, they demanded I pay 100 dollars In the form of starting an account with them and putting 100 dollars in it, to get it unlocked.
