Question 1

Will your memory work for my computer? My specs are listed below on what works with my computer.
Supported DIMM types:

PC2-4200 (533 MHz)
    PC2-5300 (667 MHz)
    PC2-6400 (800 MHz)

Non-ECC memory only, unbuffered

This should work fine for you. Something to be aware of though is if you already have some PC2-4200 installed and you're looking to expand your memory by using this stick in addition. I found my computer would not recognize the two different types at once.

Question 2

I'm using a IntelDG45ID motherboard with a Intel core 2 DUO E8600 1333Mhz. I have a memory issue, Intel listed it must use memory with SPD (Serial Presence Detect) Will this AC2/800x64/2048 work in this motherboard and cpu combo?

If you already have a memory issue may i suggest that you try one of two things? Go to Intel's support website, look up your exact motherboard and see if Intel has a list of "validated" memory that will be compatible. Or, use the memory-finder feature at newegg, or Crucial memory website, or Kingston memory website to find compatible memory then come back to newegg for probably the best deal on one of those compatible memory kits.
