Can this frame run on batteries?

Bought it as a gift. I seem to recall it was wall plug only. 
Batteries would be a good idea though.

It reads standard cards I would guess, I have not put them into the frame itself however, I have loaded them from my PC to the frame. Hope this helps

No it does not. I had a problem with this and already had to return. I would not recommend

Nope and no but close....720 is the lowest HD and this frame is 600....pretty decent display though.

So, this digital photo frame has internal storage? The last one I had said it accepted all JPEG's, yet 3/4 of the photos I downloaded came up with an error message and would not show them.

I had a few pics that did the same thing. I changed the res and they worked fine.   Also if you have the date and time showing, it changes the res of the pics and a few might not then too. But over all it is a very good digital frame.  Every frame (from other companies) I have seen have had some pics that would not work under all contitions too.
