are these cameras new or refurbished ?

Brand new in box. Work excellent with Amcrestview . com, the Android app and iPhone app. Config via internet or Windows Mobile does not seem to work well. I bought these in addition to the first one. Great cameras. Using one outdoors (covered) with no prob.
