Would this run Graphics, editing, and other stuff needed for a business?

Depending on what kind of work load your doing in the business will determine how well it can work for you.

For instance if you need 4 1080P monitors that your working with Coding, Excel, Word, Email, or non-graphically intensive work loads then yes no problem and this card won't let you down.

However if you need it to handle editing 4k 60fps video with more than 1-2 active video filters and have the Preview playback be buttery smooth, then not so much.  Can it handle the output rendering, Yes.  Can it handle it while giving you a smooth preview,  depending on how many filters and such you have on the video to clean it up then probably not.

It does well with light to medium 3D Modeling in AutoDesk.  It also can pretty much handle all the Adobe Suite Products just fine.  But again don't expect the moon and back on performance.  It will get the job done.  Best way i can put it is there are other cards that are full height for the same cost that can do better.  But if you NEED the low profile then this ranks pretty high in my book compared to all the others of its size and spec.

Where do I find a cable that supports the resolution that this graphics card provides? The standard 4k mDP cable does not:(

I know this card very well it is a great video card , it is not the problem. This card  can drive a single, 5K (5120x2880 pixel resolution) display, or up to 4x, 4K displays. You need to make sure you are not using cheap displayport cables. Look for 4k in the specs it is very different.

Cable Matters makes high quality cables. Look for their Mini DisplayPort to DisplayPort Cable (DisplayPort to Mini DisplayPort 1.4 Cable) with 8K 60Hz Video Resolution .

The other thing is what version of DPort do you have on your monitors.

The WX4100 has 4 x Mini  DPort 1.4 ports. Hope this was helpful for you.

How many PCIe lanes are active on this card's connection?  Looks like 8x based on the partially-populated pinout, rather than the full 16x.

Your assumption is correct.  This is an 8x card but requires a 16x sized slot.  If your planning on using this as a Crypto-Mining card.. don't it doesn't play nice with 1x risers at all.  It needs at least a 4x lane to function.   I have a server motherboard I tested this card in that has a 4x lane 16x sized slot and it worked but there was a noticeable performance hit.  Tried it on a 1x riser with 4 different mining rigs and all of them wouldn't boot with it plugged in.  Hope this helps.
