Is this CPU 64 bit or 32 bit?

64 bit. I automatically assume a processor is 64 bit unless told otherwise, 32 bit PC CPUs are over. AMD's website has more information than you want to know about their CPU products, both past and present.

It says DDR4 Supported, but my pc has ddr3. Will it still work on my pc?

If you have DDR3 then your system is probably not a socket AM4 which means this is not the CPU for you.

Am I able to use this APU along with a separate GPU such as an AMD R9 380?

Unless you already have an unused discrete GPU, there is no point adding GPU ( buying a new one ) to an APU, the reason using an APU is to reduce parts count and installation procedure.

Question 4

Will this processor when paired with a MSI B350 TOMAHAWK AM4 AMD B350 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 HDMI ATX AMD Motherboard support dual monitors? Or is a separate GPU required for dual monitors? Mainly used for emails/spreadsheet type work where 2 monitors will be used.

It will handle dual just fine.  I have mine on dual 24" works great
