Will this work with a low end discrete gpu?

With amd APU processors you can use any discrete gpu u like however crossfire support will not work between an APU and a discrete gpu as far as my experience has been, its also quite possible that the onboard gpu can outperform a budget discrete gpu and my man not even need it so long as you install sufficient ram

does this only work with ddr4 2400 Memory?

Per the specs section it will, i have had issues with getting some ram to work and the highest quoted speeds with amd apu chips, could be my motherboard though.
