does this come with a cooler?

duh if you go click on specification of this item below it it says it has included it the basic fan to it duh you just have to click on specification below this item you see it if not then you need to let newegg know there is not one to click on then.  If you want to over clock this to the 3.4 ghz then you should get a much arctic freezer for your build with pwm on it so your motherboard controls the fan speeds all the time to make sure your overclocked cpu of this is cool all the time for gaming and such ok.  I been into computers for over 30 plus years so i know what i am talking about here !!!  I can do newegg tech jobs here too but they dont get paid enough for that.

Thermal compound is pre-applied to the heatsink. Be sure to remove the protective plastic layer before final assembly.

What discrete GPU is the iGPU comparable with?

GPU is the graphics card right then your not talking about cpu which is central processing unit ?  GPU is for my mother board I have which is the asrock ab350 pro 4 which is the PCIe x16 of the 3.0 graphics cards and plus my mother board can use the ryzen cpu for the am4 motherboard i have now if and when I upgrade it to the ryzen cpu at a much higher price of course

small enough to fit in even a small form factor case. That being said, I would buy the Athlon 200GE these days. It is simply a newer and better processor IMO for this pricepoint.

this isn't a motherboard this is a CPU but any MB you get that supports the am4 a-series will run it out of box.

Is this compatible with the MSI A55M-P33 motherboard? Board Specs say it can run A4 / A6 / A8 / E2 APU but it has a AMD A55 (Hudson D2) chipset...
