Does this chip have integrated graphics?

This is the only A-Series of AMD 7 generation that is not an APU, in other words it does not have an integrated graphics. You need a discrete GPU to pair with this one. I paired it with a RX 460 4GB and Corsair 2400 RAM and performance was really good.

Does this cpu works without bios update ? Some people are saying that ryzen 3 won't post without a new bios.

I just found out that this CPU won’t work without a graphics card, only the A series AMD cpus work without a seperate graphics card, I can update this when I get a graphics card in 2 days.

Yes and it's easy to install chip and cooler

Does this have thermal compound included in the case or is is pre-applied to the stock cooler?

It is preapplied to the cooler. I don't know how well it works, however, as I opted to clean it off and use my own.

What ddr4 is working with this cpu for you guys? Any recommendations on the x370 platform with latest bios? According to spec this cpu supports 2400mhz max memory and can support up to 64gb (4 sticks).

Check the motherboards specifications and if the ram can have xmp 
If so go in to bios and set xmp profile 
My asrock ab350m supports up to 3200 mhz

Will it work with a msi b350 pc mate motherboard?

I'm guessing you mean a MSI B350 mATX motherboard. Yes, it will work on any AM4 motherboard.
