What are the measurements of the Wraith Cooler?

The total height from the face of the motherboard is 3 1/2 inches. The top is 4 1/8 inches by 3 3/4 inches. But, that is the fan housing measurement since it is installed. The 3 3/4 measurement grows to 5 inches when you add in the pipes below the fan housing, down close to the motherboard. My MB is in a tower (hope this makes sense) the 5" measure is from top to bottom and the 4 1/8 measure is from font to back(to external ports) of the MB. Hope this helps

Is the wraith cooler considered to be " A top down cooler"?

Yes, the AMD Wraith cooler does downward onto the motherboard. It's also quite big and on the motherboard I used (ASUS 970 Pro Gaming) it's encroached on the number one ram slot.

Is this good for gaming and streaming said games? I bought this with a motherboard and gpu from a friend and I'm unsure if it's good for I intend to use it for. And it didn't come with a cooler, so if someone could recommend one of those as well, that would be great.

Granted, this isn't as strong as it used to be, but it does a good job of running games and should handle streaming adequately. Your GPU is going to have a larger impact on gaming performance, which is the good news there. I'd recommend grabbing a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo for cooling it. It will give you low temps and even some overclocking headroom, if you ever choose to use it, at a really good price/performance ratio.

Does the gt 70 2pc dominator support this Processor?

I really don’t know but I can tell you if you haven’t purchased this processor don’t. Y’all get much better performance out of a Ryzen for the same price.

Why is the 6350 125w not 95w  like i most of the other fxs including 8 core ones?

It's the PileDriver architecture, which is a successor to the Bulldozer architecture.  It is meant to be more of a workhorse processor, which comes at the cost of greater power consumption.

will this processor work  with the msi 870-g45 atx motherboard?

You really need to check on the MSI support site. They should have a compatibility list. The question is if that motherboard supports an AM3+ socket. I would only trust MSI for the answer.
