What CPU fans are compatible with this processor?

The processor comes with a stock heat sink and fan.  I would suggest you approach your question/problem differently.  Check out the after market CPU heat sink and fan of your choice and see if it is compatible with the AMD Phenom II X4.

Can I use cpu intel core LGA1156 on motherboard MD3.?

If you meant motherboard AM3, then no, absolutely not. "AM3" is the exact same thing as 1156, except for AMD's processors.

It's called a socket type. The Phenom II x4 is Socket AM3, while the i7 780 is Socket 1156. Different sockets have entirely different configurations, meaning that you simply CAN'T plug one CPU made for one Socket into a different socket.

Though AMD's processors have some forwards compatibility, meaning some AM3 CPUs can be installed in some AM3+ motherboards, Intel has no such thing, and you definitely can't put an Intel CPU in an AMD socket.
