how is the graphics?

I don't see anything saying on this page, but I don't think AMD desktop CPU's generally come with integrated graphics, if that's what you're asking.  Those that do either end with G or are called APUs rather than CPUs by AMD.  This one will run terminal and that's it.  Need a separate GPU for graphics.

No, XT's do not, pretty much anything Ryzen does, but not those ending in XT.  Go for the X if you want a cooler for a CPU with similar (but slightly lower) performance, similar price, and included cooler.
