Well you can go get a car loan and just pay it out over 6 years and you will be good. it will last. as long as you don't drop it on the way. perhaps you should have a computer insurance to cover it just in case it breaks. just remember the on the loan. this is just 1 part of what you need. you can always go apple and get a slower computer for more.

The computational needs of pac-man being so ridiculously beneath pretty much most embedded systems/SoCs there's probably several Greta "Tberg" militia on high alert waiting for orders from the 'VonDoom-stress' herself for anyone wasting the energy of this fine processor on such a pathetic task.

Further, given it can run Crisis (original) in using software (_cpu_-only) renderer.  Given the delta between pac-man and Crisis, it's safe to infer the pac-man code path itself would be the limiting factor.

The best heat sink will be available  in October or November of this year , it is suppose to be 5 degrees cooler than the best water cooler,  I am now using a Noctua fan cooler modified with two fans and its working great!

Unfortunately the 3990x is not gluten free. I have heard rumors of a gluten free version becoming available in the future, but you know how that goes. If your looking for a low carb version you can always try the 3970x

This CPU games very well but in some games it will lag behind the 3970X or even 3950X. You shouldn't be CPU limited at that resolution to begin with, though. I'm not familiar with your workload but you should avoid this CPU and either settle for 3970X or jump to EPYC if it is particularly memory sensitive, otherwise go ahead.
