Where Should I Put My Scale?
Place the scale on a hard, smooth surface. Best floors to use include:
- Tile
- Concrete
- Hardwood
- Laminate

How do I weigh myself?
Weight readings can vary throughout the day and vary from scale to scale, we recommend using the same scale for every weigh in.

When should I weight myself?
Weigh consistently at the same time, wearing the same thing, with the scale in the same place. The best time to weigh yourself is in the morning before showering.

Why is my scale inaccurate?
If your scale is displaying inaccurate weight readings, ensure that is is properly calibrated by stepping onto the scale (disregarding the reading) and stepping off. Do this whenever the scale is bumped or moved.
