GETTING STARTED
- Install the 2 AAA batteries included with your scale.
- Select your units of measurement by pressing the button on the bottom of your scale.
- Place the scale on a flat, hard surface. Carpeted or uneven floors may affect accuracy.
- Step onto the scale and disregard the initial weight to ensure proper calibration.
- Step onto the scale and remain still, the display will flash when the weight is locked.

Where Should I Put My Scale?
Place the scale on a hard, smooth surface. Best floors to use include:
- Tile
- Concrete
- Hardwood
- Laminate

How do I weigh myself?
Weight readings can vary throughout the day and vary from scale to scale, we recommend using the same scale for every weigh in.

When should I weight myself?
Weigh consistently at the same time, wearing the same thing, with the scale in the same place. The best time to weigh yourself is in the morning before showering.

Why is my scale inaccurate?
If your scale is displaying inaccurate weight readings, ensure that is is properly calibrated by stepping onto the scale (disregarding the reading) and stepping off. Do this whenever the scale is bumped or moved.
