To calculate body fat,the scale requires information including gender,age and height.So you need to register on Fitdays and set the right profile.Connect to the scale via Bluetooth to save your data,the information won't be shared or used in any way.

Recommend check the manual&follow key tips:Put scale on a flat,hard floor(Not soft carpet).Wait for scale auto-calibrate to zero and step on it to measure.Be barefoot,no touching your knees or the skin at the base of your thighs for accurate results.
How do I know when the bathroom scale with bmi and body fat has done measuring ?
Using ABLEGRID smart digital body fat scale to measure your body fat and other basic data, please be patient until the Heart Rate Indicator stops blinking and the reading appears. This means the measurement is completed.
How to set unit to KG instead of LB on this smart scale for body weight and fat ?
A "UNIT" logo is located on the back of the weight scale. Touch the "UNIT" to switch between “lb”, “kg” and “st” when the scale is awake. And remember to set the corresponding unit in the Fitdays app (Follow steps: Account > Settings > Switch Units).
