does this have a 12v plug to go into the wall?

There are two threaded F connectors at the "top" of the unit.  One is for input signal.  The other is for power and it hooks up via coax to a 15V 200mA DC power adapter, also with an F connector.  Whether it would run at the lower 12V is beyond me, but even the box says 15V input in two different spots. :-)  Hope that helps.
