Ape Labs Battery for Stick (v1 or 2.0) Description

The Ape Labs Battery for Stick (v1 or 2.0) is intended for replacing the rechargeable battery inside compatible Ape Labs Stick and Stick 2.0 fixtures. The pack uses eight 2200mAh XCell NiMH cells and operates at 9.6V.

When properly charged and calibrated, the battery provides 8+ hours of runtime with the fixture operating at full power and displaying all colors. A JST PHR-2P connector provides the electrical connection to the compatible fixture.

Battery calibration is required the first time the replacement battery is used. Fully charge the battery and fixture, operate the fixture at full brightness using static white, allow it to run until completely discharged, and then fully recharge it.

NOTE: Battery replacement in an Ape Labs Stick is a delicate procedure and should only be performed by someone experienced with this type of repair. Damage to the light caused during battery replacement may void the warranty. If you are unsure about completing the installation, the battery should be replaced by a qualified technician.
