Will the psu in this case be able to handle a low grade gpu/gaming build ?

It is only 300 watts so it can handle, the normal PC build.  Motherboard, video card, disk drives.  If you have not already bought the unit you might want to see if you can get the one without the power supply and put a more powerful power supply into in maybe, 500+.
If you have bought it you might want to just try it and see if it works well.  I have used this power supply 300 watts with two disk drives and 16 gigs of memory without problem.
I like this case since it is sturdy, easy to work with and has a built-in hanclle.  You do know that is is a micro ATX case and you would not be able to install a standard full size motherboard, only micro.

Yes, the power supply is removable and the physical size is the same as standard power supplies available at Computer stores

will this fit a mini-ITX board?

The specification do not indicate that it supports mini-ITX board.
This would mean that this case does not have the proper screw holes for the smaller mini-ITX board.

Keep in mind this is rather large micro tower case and there are much smaller cases that do support mini-itx.
