I'm building a quiet mini-ITX file server, any comments on how loud the included PSU is?

I did not buy the case for myself but I did install a mini-ITX motherboard on it.  it seems whisper quiet.  I can't tell if the computer is on or off most the time until I get a display with a boot screen. That case works great.. except for one thing. I did run into when installing a mini-ITX motherboard. the front panel connection is almost too short... almost.. too short..  it works when you re-string the wires.

Question 2

How do I set up the led/switch assembly?I'm having trouble finding where to plug the cables in my mobo

There is a group of pins on the mobo to receive the switch/HDD LED, and other small cables.  You'll need to check your mobo's guidebook and/or diagram to find the correct location of the pin group and which cable to plug in where.  Mobo brands/models are different, but the group is usually near the edge of the board.

How many SATA connectors are on the power supply?

Easy to attach SATA Adapters to the Peripheral power connectors.
It is a micro mother board style of case and is well built with ver nice power switches and a 300W power supply.  The case has USB 3 fittings for the front of the case and fits on any of the newer USB 3 capable Motherboards.  The audio connectors are standard for newer audio connections.

What brand/model power supply comes included in the case?

I don't recall what brand it is, it is a cheap off brand. It is only 350 watt psu, I built some pc's for some friends that was on a budget. They had the pc for almost a year and it seems to be working good with no problems. 
 I wouldn't run a high end system in it, the pc's I built were only dual core - amd, apu systems.
 If you are going to make a gaming rig, or a high end system that needs a lot of ventilation I would recommend a better case and a separate psu, and more fans. This case makes a good office pc or somebody who surfs the web and watches videos, if you are going to run a quad core I would recommend a bigger case and a more powerful psu. 
 My system that I run is amd 6 core, and I use a mid-tower coolermaster case with closed loop water cooler and a 650 watt psu. Hope that helps.

Does this come with a power supply? What form factor power supply would fit this case?

A little bit of research will go a long way for you.  If you take a little time to learn about chassis and power supply form factors, you will find these questions answer themselves very quickly and easily and it will save you a lot of time.

What is the bottom directly to the right of the Power button on front of the case? My pre built PC didn't come with information on it.

I'm thinking about buying this case, but want to replace the rear case fan with a Noctua for quieter performance. The specs say this comes with a 90mm fan, but the Noctuas are 92mm... does anyone know if they will fit in this case? Thanks!
