iPhone 4s 8gb: new, *factory* unlocked?

I don't know why they list it as "factory" unlocked. I ordered this phone a few months back and it's in the original Apple case, new, and unlocked.

Is this Factory unlocked?

Yes, it is factory unlocked. But when it comes to warranty, it may not have one full year if warranty provided by Apple. And I bought 3 iPhone 4s from newegg and out of them one was defective. When I went to apple store they said there was some hardware problem with piece and they replaced it free of cost. But the problem is I got warranty till Nov 2014 only (from July 25 2014)

Are these i-phones new or used?

The Apple iPhone 4s was absolutely new, with no signs of used, in perfect condition.

What is the difference between the unlocked iPhone sold by Apple and unlocked iPhone sold by Newegg? Why is there such difference in price?

No difference. New Egg had a lower price because they can mark it down as much as they want. Apple is less flexible as they want to keep all of the profit. Also the 4s is an old model and Apple may be using 3rd party vendors to dump stock faster.
