No, but you can get a Lightning to HDMI port adapter. They are not expensive.

The heading says iPad Air, however in the description it says 5th generation iPad?  Can you please clarify?

It is the Air.  The 5th generation was the first Air iPad.   Got two of them, and they were both iPad Airs and were very happy with them.  Got them for the kids, and they came in almost flawless condition.

What IOS does this have on it? And if it's 11 Can you put 10 on it?

When I purchased it it was able to update to IOS 10 it is now updated to IOS 11.

Has all previous network info been erased and is it unlocked ?

As I recall, the only apps were the basic ones from Apple. No network info had been stored. It does not have the capacity to join a cell-phone network (wi-fi only), so locked/unlocked doesn't really apply.
