Application Instructions




  1. Ensure both surfaces are clean, dry, and free from grease or residue (use isopropyl alcohol if necessary).




  2. Dispense equal parts of Resin (A) and Hardener (B).




  3. Mix thoroughly at a 1:1 ratio until uniform.




  4. Apply a thin, even layer to one surface.




  5. Position heatsink carefully bond is permanent once cured.




  6. Allow approximately 5 minutes for initial handling strength and 24 hours for full cure.




Important Notes




  • Permanent adhesive not intended for temporary mounting.




  • Do not apply excessively thick layers.




  • Use gloves and avoid skin or eye contact.




  • Store in a cool, dry place with caps sealed tightly after use.
