Can I easily use this product as a speaker on my computer so I can get the sound of videos?

You can use this on a computer, as it has both bluetooth connection and the regular 3.5mm headphone jack input aswell. It comes with a short 3.5mm cable aswell. The only issue is that you can not use it while charging, so you have to use it on battery and then charge it when finished.

Can 2 units be used to create stereo with separate channels?

As far as I've been able to determine...for Bluetooth=No.

Using Bluetooth Connection:
The bluetooth connection pairs with only one Arctic speaker unit at a time. I was unsuccessful in trying to pair two at the same time to the same source device.  (My source device was Bluetooth 3.0. A higher version MAY provide such capability)

Using Hard-Wired Audio Connection:
However by using suitably modified audio cables (or buying a channel splitter cable) if your source device has a wired-audio output port you should be able to achieve your goal.

Is the battery replaceable?

See my review on the Blue Arctic S113BT. As far as I can tell, the lithium cell/battery is not designed to be customer-replaceable.
