I only see 2 SATA plugins and they're by the "ASRock" heat-sink. Where are the other 2?

At the bottom right of the board, you see the two satas, then right above the right most one you see a black box thing. Its two stacked on top of each other facing what would be your hard drive area.

No, the FX series of processors uses the AM3+ socket. This ASRock motherboard uses the AM4 socket which is for the Ryzen series of processors.

From the ASRock website for the board, your CPU and graphics card should be compatible with the board. Buying compatible memory (also given on the website) may be very important.

No. This board uses the A320 Promontory Chipset and DOES NOT support Overclocking. Basic OC is supported on B350 boards. Full overclocking is supported on X370 boards.

Will this AsRock Mother board work with Windows 7?

Yes, see answers on MB description page: BEST ANSWER: Windows 7 does not have the drivers built in to it for this platform. You have to create a Windows 7 ISO with the Ryzen drivers in it. The tool is available from most motherboard manufacturers. Afterwards, I was able to get this board and another MSI AM4 board to run Windows 7 just fine.

What is the tiny screw that comes with the motherboard in the little bag with a serial number and where does it go?

This is for the OnBoard M2 SSD hard drive, to hold it in place, Do not loose it, They are very expensive to replace, $10-$25.00

Can I put two sticks of 8gb ram in here?

I currently have 1 8GB stick of RAM in mine, and 16 GB is well within the limit of the motherboard, so there should be no problem with 2 8GB sticks of RAM.

I can not get it to boot with a ryzen 3 1200, there was no bios sticker on the box.. any ideas?

If it is booting (power) but you do not see anything.. the likely cause is that the Ryzen 3 1200 does not have on board graphics and requires an add on graphics card.
