Does this need a bios flash for a Ryzen 5 5600? Cant get my video to output at all. Fans dont spin.

Go through basic troubleshooting: Check if power is plugged in. Check if your CPU installed correctly. Check if you plugged into the fan power cables correctly. Ryzen 5 5600 don't have an iGPU so you do you have a graphics card installed? Does your MB work properly with an older gen Ryzen or another AM4 CPU? According to the ASRock's A520M product CPU support list, you need BIOS ver. P1.60 to support Ryzen 5 5600. If you're MB has an older BIOS ver., please update your firmware. Then try if that works. I usually use a spare CPU to update firmware than put in the new CPU.
