Not with AMD. Some Intel DDR5 boards are backwards compatible with DDR4.

Will I be able to use the upcoming 9000 series of processor with this board?

AMD and several board partners have revealed that the B650 and X670 chipsets will both support 9000 series processors. However the support will require a BIOS update/firmware flash before that support is live.

Most Motherboard manufacturers will add the support through a future BIOS update. ASRock has already released a BIOS update for this motherboard with the AGESA 1.1.7.0 update for the next generation of Ryzen processors. So if you load the current BIOS (3.01 at the time of this writing) you will likely be ready for 9000-series. You can find the current BIOS releases on ASRock's support website.

However, keep in mind that the first versions of BIOS updates that add support for new processors can often be buggy. So it may be worth waiting a bit before moving to the 9000 series to see if another BIOS update comes out with bug fixes and potential improvements on these older chipsets down the road a little bit before making the switch.

I think you should be able to find the software you're looking for here. You may need to download it on another device and transfer it by USB if you're unable to connect out of the box. Also note, this specific model does not have WIFI. I assume you have the "B650 Pro RS WiFi" model.
