Sorry if this is a dumb question, but is this compatible with an AMD FX-6300 processor?

Not a dumb question at all.  This board is for Intel CPU's only. If you go to the ASRock web site, you can find this motherboard and there is a list of CPU's that it is compatible with on the left of the page under the heading of "CPU Support List".  I tried to link the site to you but this chat box would not let me do it.  If you are looking at getting an Intel CPU, I have been very pleased with this board for the 3 weeks that I have had it so far.  I have had no negative issues with it at all.

Is this MB compatible with Ivy Bridge? I know some boards dont like to work with that type of CPU. Thanks

YES, fuly compatible with Ivy Bridge. 
I used an Intel Core i5-3570K 3rd generation Ivy Bridge with my ASRock Fatal1ty Z77 Performance LGA 1155 Intel Z77 purchased in Sept 2013.
ASRock product support clearly states: "Supports 3rd and 2nd Generation Intel® Core™ i7 / i5 / i3 / Xeon® / Pentium® / Celeron® in LGA1155 Package"

Does this board support Two-Way SLI?

Yes this board supports 2 card SLI and crossfire.

Does this board support either a Intel Intel Xeon E3-1220V3 LGA 1155 or Intel Xeon E3-1220 V2 Ivy Bridge LGA 1155 processor, I know most boards will sport even if it doesnt say because they support all 1155 type processors but i wasnt sure if it was the same because i wanted to match a xeon with this board?

Yes but a non xeon unlocked is cheaper and capable of more potential xeon is only good for servers to ensure problem free 24/7 operation with few needs to reboot.  Doesn't mean a regular consumer chip can't achieve the same thing just usually xeon has a higher quality standard.  Also xeon chips tend to be soldered to the integrated heat sink which is not removable.  i7-3770k is the right chip to get for this board as it clocks higher and higher ram than 4770k and is better than 2600k ram clocking as well you would be best suited to buy this chip it should be cheaper and meet the needs of the home user unless virtualization is your thing.  If you really want to get crazy with this board and generation cut off the ihs and apply coollaboratory liquid ultra and add a good seal water cooler like the corsair h100 or other seal liquid cooler variants of the same asetek cooltech manufacturing just rebranded over many brands.
