Does this mobo have integrated wifi and bluetooth? (Antennas included too?)

Yes it does have integrated wifi and bluetooth, and it includes antennas for both. But I found the signal to be absurdly  weak on bluetooth. My Xbox One controller, my bluetooth speaker and my home theater all have a terrible choppy connection if farther than 3 feet from the antenna. I haven't tried buying a better antenna.  I don't know if this is a common issue or if I got a lemon...

Question 2

Does this have a connection for front panel ports? Only seeing front panel audio listed. Have an Antec Twelve Hundred and want to make sure I can use those front USB ports. Thanks.

Will DDR3 ram work on this motherboard? I have not seen it mentioned anywhere which would lead me to believe it does not. Can anyone confirm my concerns?

DDR4 slots are not backwards compatible with DDR3 memory and vice versa.

Generally speaking when they change the name of a standard for memory it is an indicator that it is no longer compatible with older standards, and frequently indicates a complete change to the physical interface (IE number of pins used). Otherwise it would just be a change to the operating frequency or other spec within the existing memory standard and would not be renamed.

Does it come with an OS?

If by OS you mean operating system, then no. No motherboards come with an operating system as far as I know, but Ubuntu Linux is free. You will still need to provide your own case, power supply, processor, hard drive, and memory.

Is the CD provided with the motherboard a requirement or is there an online download alternative?

There are online alternatives. Google the motherboard and click the link to ASRock's site and click the support tab. There should be downloads for everything you need including bios updates.

I'm confused about the M.2 slots...are there two on the board, with one being used for the wifi/bluetooth and one left available for something like an ssd drive?

On the Z270 Killer SLI/ac there are two M.2 slots on the motherboard, both available for use as you please. The WiFi/Bluetooth components do not use any of these slots. You can check them on the ASRock website, they have a page for the board with comments about the slots, and also check the manual, it can give you more info about them and other ports.

Does This Support  the Intel G3930 Kaby Lake Dual-Core 2.9 im using this  a experiment?

I am currently using a Kaby Lake Quad-Core 3.8 GHz LGA 1151 91W BX80677I57600K on this board and it is running beautifully. Both the G3930 and the CPU I'm using are socket LGA 1151, so your experiment should work. I hope this helps!

is there anything else that comes with the board like sata cables, the m.s screws, or anything thing else since the packaging isn't listed like other boards?

It does not have screws, but is does come with Sata cables and a CD.  I don't think is was any different than any other main board I have gotten in the past.
