Yes.  I own a computer repair company and we sell a ton of machines with this board.  Never had any problems.  All of them Windows 7 64 bit.

Question 2

Not a question, unless I can ask how to get Newegg to correct their listing? This board does not have internal usb3 connectors as is stated in the specifications list. Newegg should change this in their listing. I bought the board for a case with a front usb3 connector and now will have to return it and find something else.

You can always click the [+] FEEDBACK button on the top of the screen to let Newegg know of their issue. For me I just used a USB 2.0 to USB 3.0 Converter in order to be able to use the USB3 ports at the front of my case as normal USB 2 ports.

Question 3

This is not a question, the 1-egg reviews for this product are inaccurate. There is nothing wrong with the board, the Athlon series of CPUs does not have a built in GPU. Onboard video will not work on ANY FM2+ motherboard with an Athlong GPU-less CPU. An A-Series APU is required for onboard video to work. ??

Yeah I found that fact obnoxious as well because it just shows the reviewers didn't fully read the product listing. The board worked perfectly fine for me with an AMD A4-7300 Richland Dual-Core 4.0GHz Socket FM2 65W Desktop Processor AD7300OKHLBOX with a built in AMD Radeon HD 8470D on the APU.

I think most these reviewers are still used to built in on-board video cards, but as far as I can see they hardly do that anymore. I dont mind as it means the graphics is cooled as good as the CPU so it works better.

Thanks for bringing this to peoples attention hopefully some of them will read it before buying it so it stops getting such bad reviews over user error.

would this board work fine with an Athlon 860k if im using an graphic card ?

It should since both your CPU and the motherboard use a FM2+ socket.  You may have to disable the on-board video if you plan on using your own graphics card but you should be able to do that in the UEFI BIOS/CMOS settings.

Question 5

What is a heatsink that someone can say that they've actually used on this board? Heatsink connectors look wider than average so I need a compatible one.
