I have no Idea, I purchased this unit to install in an older XP machine.
I did check Asus's page, and they show utilities for win 8.1 64 and 32 bit. I would have included the link, but this interface will not allow it.

All though I used this on a customer's machine using only analog to replace a defective OEM card, looking at the specs and user comments, I don't see any reason why it should not work with the correct cable.
Maybe someone who has used this using HDMI, could better answer your inquiry.

Will this card work in a HP Compaq 6005?

I have installed 10 of these in HP low profile cases and have never had an issue.  I am 90% sure, this graphics card will work with your HP Compaq 6005.  I googled the model number and found the specs.  Your motherboard has 1 available PCIe x16 and this card supports both full and low-profile cases so you should be in able to use this card.  The only piece of information I don't have is the amount of space between cards.  The heat sink does rest high on the graphics card.  Worst case scenario if it doesn't work send it back to Newegg.

I had a screen error. I'm using window XP SP3(32bit). Onboard is OK. It is often sudden stop the screen if I used with graphic card. But The power do not shutdown. My motherboard is ASUS H61 and RAM 4GB, CRT monitor. May I know that error. Why ?

You might want to try updating drivers.  Not just on this card but on other devices as well,  I had system freezing issues shortly after my initial installation of the card.  I thought it was the video card, but it worked fine on other systems.  The fix was to update the driver on the USB 3,0 card.  I have had smooth sailing with no issues since.  Good luck!

what is the minamin wattage for this product to run on?

Hi, I looked on pcpartpicker and found 1 other video card with the 210 chipset and it has a estimated 31watts. That is a nice website as you select what parts you want and on the right side there is a estimated watts figure. So far mine works as advertised. I did not want a fan as this build is for DAW. (music recording)

Can I use this with Dell Optiplex GX620 (Tower model) PC with windows 7 64 bit?

Should be able to if the Optiplex has a PCI Express slot.  I just installed this card into an older Dell Dimension E520 tower PC that had PCI v2.3 x8 and x16 slots.  PCI v2.0 works with PCI v2.3 slots with no issue (also confirmed by Dell Support).

We used the HDMI output of the card to extend the video signal to 3 42" LCD TVs using Tripp-Lite B126 Series (1A1 and 110) extenders/repeaters (also purhased from Newegg).

Works GREAT!

I have a Biostar (A880GZ motherboard. Will this item work with it?

Yes, it will work.  This is a PCI-E x16 2.0 card.  Your motherboard has this same slot on it.  In the specifications for this video card under "Interface" you can see that this card is a "PCI Express x16 2.0" card.

If you look up your motherboard specifications on the Biostar website and look at the "Expansion Slot" you will see "1 x PCI-E x16 2.0 Slot "

You're good to go with this card!

That is a hard question to answer.  I all depends on what the current power draw is for you entire system and if it can take the extra load from this card.  I put it in a machine with a 255W power supply, but with not much else but a low power hard drive and a DVD player.  I did a quick search but couldn't find a power consumption rating for this card but it does list as a low-consumption card. It doesn't have a fan which reduces the card power consumption versus cards that require a fan.

If you already have a video card that this will replace, then you are probably fine.  If you are adding this to a system that only has the onboard motherboard video, then I can't be sure.  I added mine to a Optiplex GX780 DT basic config system (you can google the specs) and I haven't had a problem.

Is this card good enough for minecraft?

I bought it for my brother-in-law's computer.  It does streaming media ok, and plays world of warcraft without a hitch.  I do not play minecraft, but I imagine that the card itself should have no problem.  However, ensure the rest of the system you are using at least meets the minimum system requirements to play the game.  From the minecraft support center:

Minimum Requirements:

CPU : Intel P4 or its AMD Equivalent (AMD K7)
    RAM : 2GB
    GPU : Intel GMA 950 or AMD Equivalent with OpenGL 2.1 Support
    HDD : At least 100MB for Game Core and Sound Files
