Pros: Best cooler, same as the Rtx 3080. Even overclocked to the max, It doesn't get past 65 celsius. Quiet, quiet, quiet. I never heard the fans as my noctua NH-d15 is always noisier. Overclocked to +170mhz core +800mhz memory with 108% power target. Runs all my games in 4k 60fps by lowering the detais a little bit in some of them. Cyberpunk 2077 runs in 4k average 50 fps at high details, dlss on balanced and it is very playable. AC Odyssey maxed out except for AA to medium, volumetric clouds on low and shadows on high 60fps @4k 99% of the time and it looks GORGEOUS. Valhalla 4k maxed out with about the same setting lowered than Odyssey 60fps.
Cons: The high price, I bought whatever I could because we know how it is with 30 series. Couldn't get a 3080 or 3070 and I finally succeded with the 3060 ti. It is HUGE and came with a little bit of sagging. It is the same price than the rtx 3070 FE but we all know you can't get one of those if you are only human.
Overall Review: It plays games at 4k just really well. Lower some details and you'll get the 60fps the 3080 gets and most gamers wouldn't be able to tell the difference. Overclock was a breeze, you'll never get a temperature problem with this card, it is simply impossible. Never had a card performing so well run so COLD in the last... 15 years. You'll run into power limit all the time still I was able to get around 9 to 10% more performance from overclocking. At this point, it's really close to a stock rtx 3070.
