I finally got it and can confirm it's the non-LHR version.  But that is to say this is the first revision of the "nerfed" 3060, which will work with the leaked 470.05 driver to "unlock" the ETH hash rate.

This is NOT the v2 version that doesn't get detected by the leaked driver.
