Is the coil whine bad?

extreme bad coil whine when running full load, but if not full load usage, there is no coil whine

Anyone else having problems with it out of the box getting alarms on any stress testing? doesnt matter what configuration i use ... default/OC/silent/detected OC (Asus's tweak tool to see them). Within seconds of launching any stress testing (over 90% power allowed) i immediately get a high pitched alarm noise from the card. (right at about 65C when it occurs). the older 2080 and 3070 i have dont have the same issue when testing .. just found it odd.

Found my own answer .. wasnt the card at all .. just coming from very near it... Outside my on fault ... both are working great.

does this come with a adapter for 2x8 pin?
