What kind of cooling fan is required for this Combo ?

None is required. TDP is low, so they don't get too hot alone. With a good PSU, it should move enough air to keep it cool. Pegged (for the last 15 mins) the core hits about 56C, on average they run about 45C for me. This is in a mini ITX case with 1 HDD and no other fans.

Is this motherboard Linux friendly?

Depends on the Distro, I didn't have any issues on Lubuntu. Debian gave me a few small headaches with the AHCI controller

Is this a motherboard plus a cpu and if I am getting this right it has four cpu. Please verify this for me and does it also have a processor. sorry to sound so dumb but trying to make a right decision?
