Since there is one pci slot, will the 1070 fit or do i need another motherboard?

The 1070 is like any other GPU it only requires 1 PCI-E slot

Why wouldn't it? As long as your form factor is OK with the card length

Does this mobo support 1866 DDR3 ram chips without the need of overclocking the CPU?

It shows that you will have to overclock it for 1600, 1800, 1866 and 2000

can i use an fx-6300 out of the box ? or do i have to update bios?
