Does this motherboard have built-in Wifi?

Nope. You'll need a USB WIFI stick or a WIFI card. It does have a RJ-45 lan connection.

I want to run Windows 7, which 6th generation processor will work for this mobo?

I don't know about the 6th gen support but you may be able to learn more on ASUS's product page. I do know that I'm running windows 7 on this motherboard with a 7th gen i5 processor and did not have any issues with running the OS. I did have to make a custom install disk to get m.2 SSD support for windows 7.

How many case fans can this board support?

From what I can tell it can support 3 including the CPU fan... though I think there might be another connection as well, but for a lesser one.

I don't think at this price range. A step up in quality will be necessary.
