I want to buy AMD 5800X30 and this MB, but it looks like I need to update BIOS. Can I update BIOS with 5800X3D?

No, they are not updated with the latest bios. You can request a loaner CPU from AMD and AFTER flashing Bios, put your CPU in and fire it up. I used a 3600x chip to flash mine.

Yes, if you hook the motherboard to a RGB hub in your case. If you use a resister cable , you can also lower the fan speed down to 900rpms which is totally silent.

It is usually a lottery (can already get one with 5000-ready BIOS), but usually, it does need an update.

Yes to processor and 2 fans with splitter but i used a hub to run 6 fans at 900rpms.
