Yeah, in my experience it doesnt go higher than 60 celcius like ever.

What's the difference between the 12G and O12G?

The O12G version just has a minor overclock from factory that will maybe get you an extra 5-10 frames depending on the game. Other than that they are the exact same in every way. Save your money and get the regular 12G.
