No it does not. You would have to get a wifi adapter. The cheapest and best option for a motherboard with built in wifi would be the Asus strix z370 E

Will this board boot Win 10 from one of the M.2 slots?

Yes. You have to install Windows 10 from a USB though and not the CD. Disable CSM compatibility in BIOS before you install and select the M.2 as the boot device. If you purchase an NVME and not a SATA version M.2 it shouldn't use disable any SATA ports. Check the manual to verify this.. Only have the M.2 installed when you install Windows and hook up any other drives later. There are lot of guides on the internet about this. If you only have a windows CD, download the media maker from the Windows support site and make a flash drive into your windows install device.

Are there LEDs on the mobo, and if so, what color?

Yes, an orange led line around the edge. It's not incredibly visible in some cases but it let's you know the mobo has power which is a plus.

Would I be able to pair this with my Core i7-7700k cpu?

Believe it's exclusively for Intel 8th generation CPUs. I can't embed a link to other sites on this answer, but please see the Asus site for specifications. The Intel i7-7700k cpu is an 7th generation cpu per Intel (again, I can't put a link here). Hope this answers your question.

Was curious if I could use my 2133 16GB ram for this motherboard or do I have to get new ram?

Shouldn’t be an issue my ddr4 came as 2133 and 3200 with xmp but if you wanna double check there’s a list in the manual on Asus site so you can confirm ram is on the qvl

I've done this, so yes. However, if you have a graphics cards, you'll have a better experience just using it.

No, 300 series tells you that it is for a certain socket.
