Pros: What a great card, you can over clock it to 940+Mhz Stable you will need to use the ASUS SmartDoctor to bring up your Vcore to make the over clock stable 3D Mark Advantage score: 18627 run cool even over clocked

Cons: Does not have a cool backplate like the 5870?

Overall Review: If your going to get any of the 5850 cards this is it!

Pros: By far faster than my old overclocked 8800GT SLI setup. 19x12, 16AF, 8AA with all settings to the max is perfectly playable in any game I can throw at it (STALKERs, Fallout 3, Oblivion etc). Used ATI driver's overclocking tool to run at 925mhz core/1200mhz RAM, rock stable. The prettiest looking package (under the flashy cover) I've ever seen in computer hardware, even my wife liked it :)

Cons: ASUS wrote a bunch of interesting tools for it, but they only work with their custom driver. I don't like custom drivers.

Overall Review: Windows 7 64bit, AMD Althlon x2 4200+, 8Gb DDR2, WD VelociRaptor, AsRock motherboard. It used to be that when the CPU became the bottleneck I would just crank up the visuals, but I'm running out of options with this videocard.

Pros: -Runs at least 20F cooler than my old 4870 -Uses at least 20W less power than my old 4870 -Much much more powerfull than my old 4870 -HDMI output, plus my TV supports Deep Color & xvYCC wide gamut :)

Cons: -It seems that supply has been lagging since the day one...

Pros: Fast and QUIET!!!, this is coming for an ex-4850 user with stock cooling. This thing is silent even when playing a game, cpu fan is louder. Can play pre-release crysis demo @ about 30fps-ish 1920x1080 No AA everything on Very high. Temps are way, way down from 4850, which used to idle/load 58/88C, this card idles @ 38C and load 58-70 tops with default fan settings.

Cons: Plays old games like trash, terrible performance on Halo 2 pc, and Bioshock. Riddick Dark Athena Plays very hitchy. Grated, all these games are old and console ports and playing on early drivers, so take it for what its worth, but all these games played fine on 4850 but with a new card I have performance issues that werent there before.

Overall Review: Fallout 3 Plays fantastic, Ultra settings 4x AA almost always 60ish dips to 40s once in a while @ 1920x1080. Can Play ST4 4x AA 16AF locked 60fps @ 1920x1080. Phenom II X2 @ 3.6ghz 4GB DDR2 800 850w PSU 52" Samsung LCD - ***Anything over 60fps I can't see***

Pros: * Flawless HDMI output with 9 meter (30-foot) cable * 27 watt idle on desktop w/ near zero heat * 85 watt peak draw stable @ 880/1170 w/ 2 1080p displays * Near silent * Old games only double desktops' 27w draw w/ no/low heat

Cons: * No three simultaneous displays without DisplayPort Monitor (but I have not attempted adapter/active adapter solutions) * MB SATA ports' rescue req'd ultra-low profile 90/270° cable purchases (*tech); curved edge of card shroud allowed ONE SATA connection on install night, thanks for small favors. * Probably would have gone with 4770 card if a two DVI + HDMI output model was available on the ducted fan external exhaust style card, I guess I will thank myself a few years down the road.

Overall Review: Anyone notice the ASUS website claim of "Exclusive Voltage Tweak Technology to increase up to 38% performance"? It was fun watching the ASUS ATI OverDrive Auto Tune slowly ramp up an extra 18-20% more power into the card but no benchmarks to prove the 38% performance increase though.

Pros: I am very satisfied with this card. It was easy to install. The ATI software suite is intuitive and easy to use. On one of my more intensive games, and the reason I upgraded, I went from 3fps with the settings turned as low as they could go to 85fps with every setting cranked. Newegg shipped it very quickly. I had it in my hands 3 days after I ordered it. That's without rush-processing. A co-worker orded it from another company and he is still waiting for shipment confirmation a 8 days later. His issue may be that the card is out-of-stock again.

Cons: No updated drivers for XP so far. Not a big deal as I am getting Windows 7 in a couple days. The card is big. It blocks three sata ports and the CD Audio in jack on my mobo. No DX11 games yet.

Overall Review: With all of the fantastic games coming out this fall, it is hard to find a reason not to buy this card. Stat-wise, it blows away similar priced cards. The only real difficulty is finding one that is in stock as they are flying off the shelves.

Pros: This card blew me away with its performance. Runs any game I have max quality without so much of a hiccup.

Cons: None. Fan can be loud if you have to bring it up beyond 30% drive, but thats the nature of ANY small fan.

Pros: Can play practically any game at maximum resolution. 36% fan speed runs at 34c at idle and wont go over 58c at full load. Kills my old 9800gt+ setup

Cons: This is not really a con but since they are hard to find the prices have skyrocket .

Overall Review: I was able to get one at $250 now I have to wait and see if in the future prices come back down to crossfire this monster.
