Pros: Looks nice in the box, color layout is perfect for what i'm putting together. Plenty of USB 3.1 ports and a thunderbolt port as well as cmos and bio flashback on the rear for easy access. Plenty of fan connectors including connectors for a AIO pump. Supports my soon to be new i9 - 9900k. Free Call of Duty Black Ops 4!
Cons: Had problems redeeming my Call of Duty Black Ops 4 code via Asus website. Sometimes it came up as invalid, other times it would give a server busy error. Finally got through and Asus told me my serial number did not match a qualifying product for the free game promotion. So I emailed Asus on 10/15/18 and have yet to hear back from them(10/18/18), contacted support via webchat on 10/17/18 and the rep argued that the motherboard did not qualify for Call of Duty Black Ops 4 since I purchased the board alone, when I point out that there webpage shows that any "exclusive" Black Ops edition product qualified then sent screenshots of Newegg's description he then told me he couldn't do anything for me and to email there promotion support. Asus support has really dropped the ball on customer service as well as knowledge of their own promotions.
Overall Review: Long story short I finally got my code for redemption for Blizzard to download my copy of Call of Duty Black Ops 4! It takes a couple of tries but it finally registered, just make sure you give your options time to load before trying to continue.
Purchased this motherboard and paired it with the new i9 9900k (on pre-order) with 32gb of G.Skill ddr4 - 3200 with 2 Samsung Evo 970 1tb and using my previous Evga 1080Ti SC2 for work and gaming. Put my spare i7-8700k in and was able to boot into Bios fine, everything runs smooth with no issues!
Pros: This is a great looking board for my COD system build, and I have a lot of room for upgrading.
Cons: Only one, The RGB light on the IO the skull is real dim and I have not been able to make it brighter.
Overall Review: I would still recommend this board. Shipping was on time and well packed box had some damage but product is perfect, I had no issues setting up board.
Cons: This is a brand new system that I'm building for my Daughter's Birthday and it won't post, well it does nothing. I checked the QVL listing for the memory CMW16GX4M2C3466C16. I have no idea what ver5.32 is. but it doesn't work in slot one and three (what it say's in the manual) but it does work on the 2 left slots with both memories installed closest ones to the CPU and it will work in the third slot by itself.
I called ASUS and he had me do some things, but was unable to resolve it. He said that a higher level tech will call me back within 48 hrs
Overall Review: Lets see if a higher level tech can help.
