No RGB sadly, only "sparkly" stickers where the rgb looks like it would be. I own this board

I don't have this, but I have done research on it, It's essentially is a B550-e but white, no reviews because I think that it just came out.

Is this compatible with the Radeon RX 7900 xtx?

Yes. this board's PCIe x16 slot is v4.0 which I believe is what that card needs. If the card you have/want needs a higher PCIe x16 version then it'll still work, but you'd probably look to a newer board.
