Is this motherboard ready for Ryzen 5000 series? Looking to pick up the Ryzen 5 5600 with this board.

Mine wasn't. You can use the built-in bios flash button to make it compatible, but the instructions weren't as clear as it could have been. Turn your PSU on so the board gets power, but don't turn on the computer. Put a drive in the usb flashback port with a properly configured bios (as found on the Asus website), and hold the button for a couple of seconds. I was having trouble trying to update bios while the system was on. You don't get any kind of indicator saying that's wrong, so make sure you haven't shorted the power pins or turned the computer on while trying to flash a new bios.

Does this come with graphics card or do I need to buy one?

It has ports for monitors, but in order to use the "built in" graphics, you will need to use and A-Series APU. If using a Ryzen 3/5/7/9 they do not include APU functionality.
