Does this mobo have wifi?

It looks like it has a cloth tag, what is that for on the motherboard, does it serve a purpose?

If you look at the picture with the the words "Strix" on the heat sink you will see a tag(that feels like fabric to me) that says ROG sticking(black/gray) out from under it in the picture, it is the same on my board that I own, what purpose does it serve? Does it need to somehow be removed in order to use the board? It seems odd to be found on a board like this from Asus?

Will this include all necessary and relevant wires?
