Yes, but don't. The Network chipset has a known flaw and it is unstable at best in Windows. You may be able to force the use of a semi-stable driver in Linux, but in Windows 10 the network will keep going down on you. Intel is NOT fixing this issue. Don't buy this board for windows unless you intend to install a different network card.

Can I use a NZXT Kraken x62 on this motherboard?

Will integrated M.2 Heatsinks fit under the MB M.2 Heatsinks?

It will depend on which model of MB you are asking about and how big of a heat sink. I have the Z490-F and the M2 slots already have heatsink plates that screw down over the M2 device. Now you could remove the plates and have your own M2 heatsinks but then you run the risk of them not fitting because the M2 slots are inbetween the PCI-E slots. If you have a 2" tall heatsink on your M2 device then you would not be able to insert a 2 slot tall graphics card in the slot above it for example.
