It comes with the US standard cord. The connection to the power supply is universal so any PC cord from Europe will work with the power supply.

are either of the 8 pin cpu cables 4+4 pin?

you can buy any cable sepretly why buy a power supply if you just need a cable they make all types of cables you just have to search for it on newegg or amazon

Can the display be moved to the other side? I have to mount this Power Supply in a specific side and I won't see the display if the move is not possible.

I just got a asus 3080oc, will this psu run it?

Yes it is fully compatible its a great unit

Its fan is on the top of it . Doesn't this make any problem with cooling the power in most of the cases?

Hi Mohammad. It's got a big fan and giant heat sinks. The fan doesn't run unless the Power supply gets hot. So yes the heat generated just providing a small amount of power to your PC will rise in your case. The Asus software to control and monitor your power supply will allow you to turn the fan on all the time, but that only works on Windows 10.
