Will it work with any Threadripper or just 3rd gen?

It only supports 3rd gen Threadripper.  The socket sTRX4 is physically identical to TR4 but is electrically incompatible with 1st and 2nd gen since the pins are used differently.

Does it come with the M.2 SSD Card?

yes, you get 3 slots on the motherboard, and a dim included in the package for an additional 2 slots

Can this support 2 RTX 3090 (Evga FTW3 Ultra)?

Not in SLI mode. It uses 3 slot spacing, and SLI bridges for 3090 only support boards with 4 slot spacing.

SATA raid, AHCI and NVME RAID are all supported by the chipset but you may have to choose which you want to use but not both.  I spent 4 months dealing with ASUS Support and they were not helpful at all.  I wanted both SATA hardware Raid and NVME but having to choose because only ONE WOULD work I decided to settle for the 4 NVME drives for the speed.  And used only one 12GB SATA drive for backup content storage.

What size is the M.2 slot?

You should be able to fit any M.2 drive WITHOUT a Heatsink. Even on the back there really isn't room for a heatsink depending on the case you use. There is about 4 inches of length

what is the recommended power supply for this? What type is the 6-pin connector? My current 750 only has output for two 8-pins.

You only need the 6ping its the same connector as the one for video cards for for high overclocking. But you won't be doing much with that power supply because just with PBO on depending on what CPU you are getting but my 3990x just the cpu uses 530 watts. I probably would just a 1kw power supply if you plan on doing any OCing it really all depends on what video card you are running and the drives and everything. If you want to be safe get a new power supply if you don't have a high end video card and you are using a 3960x you might be able to get away with that psu. It really just all depends what else is being powered by that powersupply, but my guess is you won't be able to use  PBO and if you are fine that go for it.

Is this motherboard vr ready and does it have Bluetooth?

"VR ready" ... sure.  After you acquire whatever VR hardware floats your bubble and a suitable gpu, you're golden.

Has an Intel Wifi 6 AX-200 module which also supports bluetooth v5.

I want to know the thickness of the thermal pad on the VRM and LAN chipset. What mm of the thermal pads are attached on each of those parts?

I removed the large heatsink covering the VRM and the rear of the IO panel. There are three thermal pads - one for the VRM, one for the ICs directly above the VRM, and one for the LAN controller. All of them are standard 2mm thick pads. They are extremely soft and malleable, and I suggest replacing them with better pads or adding a thin layer of non-conductive thermal grease.
